Bob Go Courier Plugin

4 This plugin connects nopCommerce to the Bob Go platform with live quotes on checkout and tracking number and waybill upates

1 Register a new Bob Go account here: https://my.bobgo.co.za/register?kfl_ln=comalytics

2 Ask the Bob Go support team to activate the API settings for your account. Use the chat feature when you are logged into the Bob Go platform.

3 Log in to your newly created Bob Go accoubnt on the web. The following tasks need to be completed.

3.1 Create the webhooks under settings: You need to create 2 webhooks named "Fulfillment created" and "Tracking updated" using your live website link as the "DELIVERY URL" You create these webhooks by clicking on the button "add webhooks subscription"

3.2 Get your API Key: Click on the API keys tab next to the Webhook subscription tag under settings. Click on the "Create API key" button. When the API key is generated save the "Access key ID" and "Secret access key" in a save place. You will not be able to view these keys again. You will need these keys to configure the Comalytics Bob Go shipping plugin on your nopCommerce site.

4 Install the Comalytics Bob Go plugin on your nopCommerce website.

4.1 Go to the Comalytics Bob Go Shipping plugin and click on configure, enter the address where the parcels will be sent from.

4.2 Add the uAfica API URL which is always the same https://api.bobgo.co.za then leave the Account Number "0". The "Access key ID" and "Secret access key" is the 2 unique keys you saved in the Bob Go platform. The 2 Webhooks below will be auto-populated.

4.3 Under the "Misc Settings" tab make sure "Append SKU in Item Description" is ticked.

4.4 Save the settings and activate your plugin. Make sure the nopCommerce site is configured to use this shipping method.

4.5 This is CRITICAL that you go to configuration -> widgets and activate the Bob Go/uAfrica widget for orders to place. Orders will not place after you marked the order as paid if this widget is not activated. 

4.6 Please make sure that the following measures are set up like the examples below. Admin -> Configuration -> Shipping -> Measures

Weight needs to be in KG Ratio to primary dimension 1 - system keyword name kg
Dimensions needs to be in CM Ratio to primary dimension 1 - system keyword name centimeters
